Product Description

Machine tool characteristics:
Focusing on rigid processing, patented tool turret products, fast tool changing, mainly for steel parts, aluminum parts, copper parts, castings, etc., with advantages in drilling and tapping.
This machine tool is all made of high-grade cast iron and designed and manufactured with a box-shaped structure. It undergoes appropriate annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress. The material is tough. Coupled with the box-shaped structure design and high-rigidity body structure, this machine has sufficient rigidity and strength. The whole machine demonstrates high cutting ability and high reproducibility accuracy.
All three axes adopt high-precision ball screws, combined with the pre-pull design of the support seats at both ends, which can eliminate the transmission backlash and pre-compensate for the error caused by temperature rise, ensuring the positioning accuracy.
Spindle motor: This machine is equipped with a high-torque servo motor. The motor comes with a one-year free warranty, ensuring excellent performance in both high-speed and low-speed, as well as light and heavy cutting.
Spindle head: High-precision and high-rigidity international standard ER chuck, which can withstand high-speed radial and axial loads. High-precision cutting processing and the ability to maintain high precision processing in a timely manner.
Electrical box: The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger for easy heat dissipation, ensuring the stability of the system. The external wiring part is protected by coil tubes, which can withstand heat and oil and water.
Lubrication system: This machine's automatic depression-free lubrication system provides centralized oil supply. It adopts an advanced depression-free intermittent oil supply system, offering timely and appropriate oil supply to each lubrication point in a timed, quantified, and pressure-fixed manner on an individual basis. This ensures that each lubrication position receives lubricating oil in a timely manner, allowing the machinery to operate for a long time without any worries.
