The working mode of this equipment is that the workpiece remains stationary while the cutting tool rotates for cutting.

The data such as the cutting length and quantity are all input through the human-machine interface for fully automatic control.

The feeding adopts the servo feeding method.

The rotational speed of the cutting tool is designed with stepless speed regulation function.

The cutting is carried out by using CNC indexable tools and double-tool rotation for cutting.

The servo motor controls the feed, and the feed rate can be adjusted arbitrarily.

It is equipped with the function of no-material shutdown and automatic calculation, which is convenient for management.
