Application:
To further enhance the production efficiency of shaft processing, a method of connecting with high-speed circular saw machines is adopted. The entire shaft and bundle are loaded and cut by the circular saw machine, and then distributed to one or more double-head CNC lathes in a connected line. This enables shafts of different length ranges to complete multiple processing procedures on the corresponding axis equipment. The entire process, from loading and cutting to processing completion and unloading, is fully automated by the machine. In response to the processing characteristics of different manufacturers, we offer various connection line combination solutions.
