Product Description

Double Head CNC Lathe Application:
This CNC lathe adopts a cross slide table moving structure. The bed casting is HT200-300, and the bed casting standard is followed GB9439-88, double tempering is adopted to ensure that the bed does not deform, eliminating internal stress. The guide rails adopt linear guides and The error accuracy of the dual-axis linkage is guaranteed to be within ±0.02mm.
It is suitable for processing various workpieces with high precision, multiple processes and complex shapes.
It is widely applied in flat heads, chamfering, center holes, spring retaining grooves, turning outer circles, threading, milling flat surfaces, grooves, etc., achieving fully automatic loading and unloading, saving labor costs and reducing labor force.
