Gear Hobbing Machine Features:

The spindle of the hob is directly driven by a servo motor. The workpiece spindle is driven by a servo motor and is decelerated and transmitted through a set of precision gear pairs to increase the output torque.
The linear shaft adopts precisely scraped guide rails, featuring strong rigidity and good vibration absorption.
The nuts at the end face of the hob shank are tightened, making it convenient and quick to replace the hob shank.
It can process various types of workpieces such as cylindrical gears, worm gears, sprockets, toothed synchronous pulleys, flexible pulleys and splines.
Equipped with powerful, easy-to-operate and user-friendly CAM control software, it can achieve parametric programming, tooth alignment modification and micro-compensation, etc.
The optional secondary tool setting device can achieve secondary finishing of the workpiece after quenching.
The derivative model YKJ3608/1 has a maximum workpiece helix Angle of 65° left rotation and is particularly suitable for processing large helix Angle gears in the fishing gear industry.
