The hob tool bar is tensioned by a spring and released by hydraulic pressure. It is convenient and fast to replace the hob tool bar.
It can process various types of workpieces such as cylindrical gears, worm gears, sprockets, toothed synchronous pulleys, flexible pulleys and splines.
Equipped with powerful, easy-to-operate and user-friendly human-machine interaction control software, it can achieve parametric programming, tooth alignment modification and micro-compensation, etc.
The optional secondary tool setting device can achieve secondary finishing of the workpiece after quenching.
