Gear Hobbing Machine Features:
The YK7210 CNC worm gear grinding machine adopts an integrated mechanical and electrical layout and is equipped with the FANUC 31iB CNC system, featuring seven-axis control and four-axis linkage. The maximum processing module of the machine tool is 2mm, the maximum processing helix Angle is ±45°, and the range of processing teeth is 5 to 999 teeth. It can achieve grinding and fine processing of drum-shaped gears and small taper gears.
The bed of this machine tool adopts a marble base, and the rest of the castings are all made of high-quality cast iron. It also adopts an integral frame symmetrical structure, featuring high rigidity, thermal symmetry and good structural stability.
Under the premise of adopting reasonable cutting specifications, using suitable grinding wheels, high-precision fixtures and gear blanks, and implementing the GB/T10095-2008 standard, the following precision indicators can be achieved:
During precision cutting, straight (helical) cylindrical gears with GB grade 4 precision (m≤2mm) can be processed, and the tooth surface roughness is Ra0.8-1.6μm.
When processing in batches with high efficiency, straight (helical) cylindrical gears with a precision of GB5 to 6 grades (m≤2mm) can be processed, and the tooth surface roughness is above Ra 1.6μm.
