Product Description

CNC Lathe Application:The NF32K CNC lathe is a high-efficiency and high-precision lathe of the bar tool type. This machine tool is advanced in design, fine in manufacture and has high processing accuracy.
The machine tool adopts a horizontal 45° inclined integral bed. The integral bed features high rigidity and good shock resistance. The stable mechanical properties bring about highly reliable processing.
Both the longitudinal and transverse guide rails of the tool rest adopt large-sized and high-precision linear rolling guide rails, which endow the tool rest with high rigidity and excellent dynamic performance, thereby ensuring the stability and durability of the machine tool's machining accuracy.
The spindle is driven by a servo motor, and the spindle speed can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 100 to 5000r/min.
The machine tool control system can be equipped with numerical control systems of different brands according to the user's requirements
This machine tool adopts an integrated design of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics, is fully enclosed for protection, has a reasonable layout, an elegant and generous appearance, and is convenient for operation and maintenance.
The standard fixture for the machine tool is a hydraulic-driven power chuck with a diameter of φ160. An elastic chuck can also be installed. The machine tool can be fully automated when equipped with a bar stock conveyor.
This machine tool is suitable for processing complex geometric shapes such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, spherical surfaces, curved surfaces of rotating bodies, inner and outer grooves, drilling and tapping, and disc-shaped and short shaft parts with high precision requirements. As this machine tool adopts a bar tool, it is not suitable for processing workpieces that need to be supported by a tailstock.
